New from Rowan
Kidsilk Haze Stripe.
This is a new take on Rowans'
classic Kidsilk Haze. Kidsilk Haze Stripe knits to the same tension and has the same make-up; 70% Mohair and 30% Silk.
However this comes in a 50g ball with 420m to play with. In trend with this season the ball band has a pattern for a scarf,
but this will knit to existing Kidsilk haze patterns. Kidsilk Haze Stripe, as the name suggests, is striped with varied colours
which is the work of Kaffe Fasset. There are 6 colours to choose from, which are available on our website for just £17.95.

Noro have a NEW hardback book!
Knit Noro - 30 Designs in Living Color
Over 25 designers have collaborated to bring together this collection of beautiful knitwear.
The book includes patterns for all skill levels; simple garter stitch scarves and stocking stitch wraps, to the more complicated
'Modular Afghan', a stunning 'Fair Isle Cardigan' in silk garden sock yarn and a 'Patchwork
Afghan' to name just a few. Each project is designed to show off the beauty that is Noro. The only problem
with this book is going to be which project to do first.

Congratulations to Kirsty! The winner of our design a costume competition!
She has created a cowboy costume for our sheep (yes i'm sure there is a joke in there somewhere). Named
'Billy Ewe Bob' the winning design will be available soon. If you do not already have your own Wool for Ewe's sheep
kits, designed by Janice Anderson, then you will be pleased to know that they are still available. There are also patterns available
for his costumes, which include; a kilt and bagpipes, a leprechaun outfit and a daffodil. As we had so many great
entries there will also be a Halloween costume, designer by Isla, aged 6, and a knitting fairy created by Emmie, aged 9. The Wool for Ewe sheep is availableas a Single Sheep Kit for £15.99 or
as a Pair of Sheep Kit for £25.99. The kits have everything you need to make you
very own sheep; including the pattern, wool, felted eyes and stuffing. You will need 5.0 and 6.0 mm knitting needles.
Toy needles for the pair of sheep are sold separately. To order a sheep kit, click here.
